RICH MOUNTAIN STATION 2
The Rich Mtn. Road fire station serves as the sub-station two of the Corley-Mtn. Rural Fire Department. Plans for the building of the station began in early 2005 and the concrete slab was poured in the fall of 2005. However, after that funding became an issue and the slab sat there until 2007 when Corley-Mtn. RFD recieved an Arkansas Rural Community Development Grant for the completion of the station. Construction began in the early summer of 2007 and was finished by mid-summer of 2007. The station houses three trucks including 1804, Tanker 2, and Engine 2.
